She represents clients in some of the most complex and emotionally charged medical malpractice cases, including wrongful death, pediatric malpractice, nursing home negligence, surgical errors, and failures to diagnose cancer and other life-threatening conditions.

Since joining the firm, Ana-Marija has successfully resolved numerous cases involving delayed diagnoses, suicide due to medical negligence, failures to diagnose testicular torsion, and failures to diagnose infections. Her thorough preparation, fearless advocacy, and commanding courtroom presence have earned her a reputation as a rising force in medical malpractice litigation.

Ana-Marija earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2019 and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.   • Obtained a $1,000,000 settlement in a Medical Malpractice case involving the failure to diagnose a Staphylococcus aureus infection which resulted in the paraplegia of a 74-year-old man.

  • Obtained a $1,000,000 settlement in a delayed breast cancer diagnosis case.

  • Obtained $700,000 on behalf of the family of a deceased 45-year-old man who suffered an ischemic stroke due to the defendants’ negligence.
