She has built a reputation as a diligent, compassionate, and tireless representative for her clients, always striving to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Before joining Sullivan Papain, Nicole honed her skills at two of Long Island’s top medical malpractice firms, where she gained extensive experience handling a broad range of complex medical malpractice cases. Her practice includes matters involving birth injuries, misdiagnosis, failure to diagnose infections, surgical errors, and wrongful death claims. Throughout her career, she has played an integral role in securing numerous settlements on behalf of her clients.

Nicole approaches each case with meticulous attention to detail, thoroughly reviewing every aspect of the case, researching and conferring with medical experts and her colleagues to ensure her clients receive the highest level of representation. Her commitment to excellence is matched by her genuine compassion for the people she serves, understanding the significant and lasting impact medical errors can have on their lives. Nicole is dedicated to continuously expanding her knowledge of both law and medicine to better serve her clients.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Policy from the State University of New York at Albany in 2014. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2018.

Outside of the office, Nicole is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
