Many of Paduch's victims have filed civil lawsuits against the two hospitals claiming they knew or should have known about the abuse and continued to allow the doctor to see patients unattended. Prior patients say he had them masturbate in front of him, forced them to watch pornography, and touched them inappropriately. Many of his patients were minors at the time of the abuse.
