Plaintiff Involved in Two Car Accidents in Less Than Two Months Suffers Severe Back Injuries

On March 12, 2016, a man was involved in a motor vehicle accident where a truck rear-ended a taxi cab, in which he was a passenger. Subsequently, the man was again involved in an accident on May 11, 2016, as a passenger in a motor vehicle that was struck in the rear by a taxi cab. As a result of the two accidents that occurred within a short time span, the man suffered back injuries that exacerbated his prior back condition. This resulted in the plaintiff needing revision surgery to his back.
