Trip and fall resulting in fractured hip and wrist settles for $750,000

The client, an elderly grandmother, had traveled to the defendant’s premises, a supermarket, to go grocery shopping with her husband. While entering the supermarket, the client tripped and fell on a broken portion of the curb attached to the sidewalk of the premises. Thereafter, a recovery was obtained on behalf of the client in the sum of $750,000.00 at mediation.
