On March 29, 2022, SPBMCC Partner Mark Apostolos secured a $1.4 million settlement for the wrongful death of a man who was struck and killed in a crosswalk.
Plaintiff Walking Within Crosswalk Struck By Vehicle
In March of 2021, a man was walking across the street in Queens, New York, within the crosswalk, when a vehicle turned left and struck him.
The victim was found unconscious at the scene of the accident. He was then taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead two days later.

Following the victim’s death, his family sought legal representation through SPBMCC to sue the driver.
